Chad is a partner with NAI Commercial Real Estate and focuses on the Greater Edmonton area. Chad entered the industry in 2004 and has completed over 350 commercial transactions with clients ranging from small, local companies to large institutional owners.

An active volunteer in the real estate and business community, Chad has previously served as Chair and board member of the Real Estate Council of Alberta (RECA), board member of NAIOP Edmonton, President of the South Edmonton Business Association and member of the City of Edmonton Strathcona Junction Advisory Committee. Chad currently sits on the University of Alberta’s Practice of Commercial Real Estate Course Advisory Committee.

Chad holds a Diploma in Urban Land Economics from UBC, a Master Certificate in Supply Chain Management from MSU, a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from TRU and the highly coveted CCIM designation.
