The Company (and its directors, officers and employees) shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising from Customer's use of the Deliverables, and Customer shall indemnify Company (and its directors, officers and employees), and hold each of them harmless from and against any and all costs, damages or losses by any of them (including, without limitation, reasonable attorneys' fees) as a result of a claim by any person other than the Customer arising from the Customer's use. In jurisdictions that do not allow for the exlusion of liability for certain damages, some of the exlusions noted herein may not apply to you.

Listing Policy & Procedures
Only office, retail or industrial properties within the Greater Edmonton Area shall be permitted to advertise on the website. All listings entered on www.edmontoncommercial.com are manually entered by the Company. By submitting listings and information, the Customer warrants and represents that the Customer owns or otherwise controls all of the rights to such content including, without limitation, all the rights necessary for the Customer to provide and submit such content. The Company may shorten or remove information at its sole and unfettered discretion.
The Company and www.edmontoncommercial.com in its sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to restrict or deny any property listing, under such event, any amount that the Customer has paid will be duly refunded. The Company and www.edmontoncommercial.com in its sole and unfettered discretion reserves the right to remove any and all content that violates the Terms & Conditions stated herein, including disallowing listings from the Service.
