Can anyone post a listing?
Any property owner, agent or property manager can post a listing.
What property classes are permitted?
We only permit listings that are either Industrial, Retail or Office properties, which also includes land in either of those asset classes. Exceptions can be made at the discretion of the website owner.
Can I advertise a property outside of Edmonton?
We do not permit any listing outside Greater Edmonton. Generally, Greater Edmonton refers to Edmonton, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Leduc, Nisku, Fort Saskatchewan, Stony Plain and Spruce Grove. Exceptions can be made at the discretion of the website owner.
How long does it take for a posting to go live?
We strive to post all listings within 24 - 48 hours.
How long does the posting stay on the website?
Each property will stay on the website until notice is given by the poster. Upon notice being given, the posting will be removed within 48 hours.
